I think MS has an offer from 2006 Oct - 2007 March, ppl who buy XP or new PC with XP will get very cheap upgrade to Vista.

yep but you get the DVD from mail. You got to contact nearest MS office with papers or email them scanned docs.

I think it’s not an XP upgrade only coz docs say you may have to completely reinstall the OS and programs

I think MS will cancel the XP license so when you go online with it WGA will catch it.
