[SOLUTION] PayPal සල්ලි නොගෙවන ප්‍රශ්නයට

From reviewing your account I can see that our internal security model has prevented this payment from completing.

This is similar to the way many banks and credit card companies work. You can certainly attempt the payment with another credit card or also consider using your PayPal account balance to fund your payment. However you may attempt to make another payment after 2 business days.
I would suggest not making any payment during the timeframe and clearing your cache and cookies on the internet browser before you make the payment again.
And at the same time, please use a Secured Internet Connection.

Dileesha, the issues that you are experiencing sometimes might be caused by the PayPal account user location is not in the country that they have registered their PayPal account or the internet connection used is unsecured.
