UK to probe crimes against civilians in Sri Lanka

British Under-Secretary of State for International Development Michael Foster told the British House of Commons during a debate on Sri Lanka yesterday that UK will call for an early investigation as to whether crimes have been committed against civilians.

This 50 billion most probably a way of showing and remind thiers and ours past to them.... this kind of incedents have happened before too, I think it was few years back Tamils in Malaysia demanded such amount from UK to be paid to every Tamil in Malaysia... saying that they bought them here and never cared about thier welfare and because of that the even now the poorest in Malaysia are Tamils...

Well... it was a protest not that UK paid a cent! Instead they got beaten up by Malaysian police :lol:
