Yes, good news is that the percentage of erectile dysfunction (ED) is less among the men who are vegetarian. According to the latest study conducted by the group of scientists, be vegetarian to avoid erectile dysfunction. Cutting off the non-vegetarian items from the daily diet keeps you away from the risk of lung and colorectal cancer, type 2 diabetes, blood pressure, heart disorders, etc. Taking vegetarian food keeps the individual healthy and develops his immunity to fight against the several problems. The food containing vegetarian diet is ease to be digested and thus the individual is free from the digestion problems. Vegetarian are also found to living longer than the individuals who have non vegetarian diet regularly. To compare the occurrence of erectile dysfunction in the men following the non-vegetarian and vegetarian diet, 100 men following vegetarian diet and 100 men following the non vegetarian diet were studied for their sexual life. All the men were put for the questionnaire regarding their sex life. Among 100 men following vegetarian diet, 12 men were having a problem in either getting the erection or holding the erection during the sexual intercourse. Although among the 100 men who were following the non-vegetarian diet, 57 men were facing the problem with the erections during the sexual intercourse.
