how much did you donate? if they seek funds, the best way is to have a mutual fund in a hospital which caters to only these, where people will deposit in relevant to this occasion only, when its deposited to these normal accounts, anyone can be bareable of funds.

as you know there are scams too much to name, while running a scam to find sympathy to gain money, is a common control, which so many people do this
