Guys....most of the time when we have a problem with M.phone when we take it to repare they say the software should be reinstalled or flashed...what is this is it similar to reinstalling OS to a PC or different...& how can we reinstalle a os to a mobile phone... can someone pls explain...

u can simply update ur nokia phone firmware through nokia pc suite . .
