First, Emma Watson took off for school at Brown University in Rhode Island and now
Daniel Radcliffe is also hitting the east coast after buying a New York townhouse worth nearly $6 million.
The house cost the Harry Potter actor $5.56 million and was built back in 1847 by a sea captain for his daughter. It’s his third property in New York and his last home bought was a condo in SoHo viewing the Hudson river.
The 20-year-old’s mother, Marcia Greshman, is listed on the deed for the home which includes 3,000 square feet and a 39-foot garden.
Daniel fell in love with New York when he entered the world of Broadway in Equus. But we won’t see him on the big screen until 2011 when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is released.
