Help - 403 Forbidden Elakiri.

I can not access this "Elakiri.com" from My home computer.

When I tried it displays
"403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access / on this server."
Earlier I got access to this forum without a problem from that machine. Even I registered to this forum.

When I inquired from my service provider said that they have not restricted this site from their end. I changed my browser Firefox to IE. But still the problem occures.

Please help me to get rid of this problem and explain why it has happened.

U must have accidentally blocked the site. do u use a firewall, whats ur anti virus program?. tell us more,

And u may want to clear the browser and try again.

What is your ISP bro? I mean the one that gives 403 error?

Windows XP Firewall.
Avast Antivirous.

Tell me how to clear the browser. I am using Firefox.

My ISP is Suntel wOw. But they have not restricted the URL. I tried it from another mechine.

thats coz Suntel pack tons of users to few ips. Our system automatically blocks high usage IPs to stable the server usage. Since lot of users coming from same IP system detect them as high usage from a single user. So i think that’s what happened.
Anyway it'll be okay within next couple of weeks as we move to the new server.

This in not Service temporary unavailable error machan. So refreshing will not do anything. Just have to disconnect and connect from a different ip.

ooka machang wenne.... dan hithapanko IP address thiyenna puluwan 1yine... ee kiyanne unique number ekakne IP kiyanne.. ithin umbata allocate karana IP eka thawa kaata hari allocate karalanam umbata me site ekata log wenna baha...

mata therena widihata Suntel kohe hari mokak hari waraddanawa.. naththam kawadaawath DHCP, NAT monawa use karath ekama IP eka dennekta enna widihak nahane...
