Click on User CP, then on Edit Avatar in the next page.. You can upload there.. Welcome to Elakiri.. 
upload ur small picture to www.photobucket.com
copy the link below ur picture in photobucket.com
then paste that in ur Avarar Link under ur profile n' save....

ya that's rite... But if u upload a pic in ur computer ut shpould be under 64 kbs...
so if u want a quality photo.. u have to upload it to a another 1 and have to put the link there.....
