Austerlands' Dhanuka Pathirana, a Sri Lankan, entered record books on Sunday when he smashed records while scoring a breathtaking 277 out of a team total of 366-2 in a 20 overs game.
The Sri Lankan walloped 29 sixes and 18 fours in a devastating display of batting as hosts Droylsden were stunned the batsman's performance.
“Everything seemed to hit the middle of the bat,” the 25-year-old all-rounder, who helped his side amass an amazing 366 for two, was quoted as saying to Oldham Chronicle, Lancashire.
“I was seeing it like a football," he added.
