Who is the Son of James Bond who races on Colombo roads in a Rs. 42 million car

(LeN? 2007 Sep. 05, 5.45 PM) The talk of the town in the political circles now is the purchase of a Rs. 42 million 'Aston Martin DB9' car by the son of a government bigwig.

UNP parliamentarian Lakshman Kiriella said at a press briefing that the tax-free value of this brand is Rs. 21 million. The high-speed car cannot be driven on Sri Lankan roads and it is reportedly driven on Galle Face Drive with back up vehicles around 2 AM.

Mr. Kiriella urged the investigative media to reveal who the owner of this car.

James Bond used an 'Aston Martin DB9' in Casino Royal movie. The super son of the bigwig also drives a car of that brand now in late nights. The Sri Lanka agent of the vehicle is Auto Lanka.

This car has been imported to Sri Lanka under the name of Dilshan Fernando, the owner of Christy Lanka Garments.

according to SUPER CARS list in world , It's is the 5th fastest car in the world, and one of too expensive car in the world,

5.9L liter V12, producing 450bhp and a top speed of 186mph .

value of the Car is approx 75 M (with duty).

but who is the owner of that car ? the son of a government bigwig ???? do they have 75 M to buy that car?

what the hell , our hard earned money , so what will happen to our country ....... they don't know , still we are under developing country....... they just know how to take taxes from us , they have permits to take super cars , but we can't buy a bicycle with out taxes.

There are two cars in SL. first one owned by owner Christ garments. Second one was recently bought by Dr. Namal Samarasinghe a UK based Consultant Cardiologist, who is here to spend on a movie. So both car's does not belong to Namal Rajapakshe. This is a mud slinging attempt by UNP.
