It's real and this is how it works: After you download it right click and "extract here" one of those winrar archives (there's alot of them). Then you'll have one winrar archive named Reason 4. You don't have to extract it becouse it is also an ISO file so you can mount it with DAEMON or what ever you use. The rest is easy. P.S. don't forget to unpack the keygen.
