What would u do if ur parents wouldn't approve the luv of ur life?

I was curious about this kind of matter, coz i saw in some
sri lankan naathi that for example when a boy falls in love
with a girl who is poor, the parents don't want the son to marry her.
Why is this?? Is it all coz of money??
Or are those situations history?

really like to hear your opinions!! please comment!!!

if i'm stable, that means if i know i can take care abt the girl by my self. i would never let the girl go and i'll ignore wht my parents say.:)

If i'm not sure if i'm stable or not, i wouldn't even start something.:yes:

get really mad at ur parents and if they still dont aggree and u really reallly really like the guy then run away 2gether

i think we shouldnt underestimate the power of love, but we also gotta be real... :yes:

hmmmmmmmm well i think my parents say that because...it's really hard to keep me maintained...sooo my hubby would need a quite a lot of money *:lol: :lol::rolleyes: * ...soo i believe my parents are doing it for my and his own good...:D ...my parents have done a qualification chart for me and my sister....they made a list of all the things which they would look for in a guy...and its my duty to find a guy who meets at least most of their...i think this is fair..dnt u??:D

What I will do is, if I'm in a situation like this is: trying really hard to make my parents' minds somehow... someday...

eekath aththa, we live half with our parents n gonna live the last half with the girl ne:)

    hmmm well i think the parents should be understanding also bt we also should do the same. when we look for a partner we shuld think of our future also coz love dos nt gv us anythng only an feeling and afeection to satisfy sum parts of our body and mind and love isnt always everythng
