If the LTTE's cowardly murdering spree involved oil, do you think America would send their forces to Lanka to assist?
I think so. The war in Iraq is all about the Bush family lining their pockets from Oil sales.

US forces dont have much things to smugle in SL (like in Iraq - they have oil), so they wont come here. and no need others army to come here. i think our forces can wipe out LTTE if anyothers do not come and interfear it.

Anyway USA not supported our forces very much and havent given any arms but few trainings and some boats. We are mainly helped by Pakistan, China, Check and few other countries. So US bans not effective since they havent provide any earlier.
