This is a tutorial that I created for, how to add Ghost to your Photo...... 
Here The Final-
Now we can start.
Here the Images I got for doing this.
Cut out the girl and add it to background image...
Then Change Layer Mode to "SOFT LIGHT" (Make sure the girl in the Layer is Selected)
Then you can see like this-
Now change the Image mode to grayscale- (If Ask to Flatten, Press "Don't flatten" and then "Discade" button)
Then you can see like this-
Now we want to add Gaussian Blur filter-
Change value to make Blur-
Now Select Smudge Tool To smudge some corners-
After Smudge, U can see like this- (I change mode for "normal", to view the smudge. dont do that in creation.)
