So if u think u forgot the first lesson, here is a quick rewind of it.
•Computer program is a set of coded instructions for a computer to perform a specific task.
•Computer language is a set of coded instructions used for communicate with a computer
Hope that u can remember it now.
So now u know about computer language and programming language is under the computer language category.
So programming language is a language which is used to write computer programs.
As I said in the first lesson computer only understand 1s and 0s only. So if u say
“Hey computer,draw a picture of a flower” it will reply “ what did u say, I cant understand please use 1s and 0s”
Read this::
Nuwan: Hey machzz,,how can I make a computer program.
Ruwan: You better use machine language Nuwaaa!
Nuwan: What the hell is machine language?
Ruwan: ha ha haa..machine language is the language which consist of 1s and 0s.
Nuwan: PISSUDA BANZZ..How can I know that? Even computer genius don’t know nee
Ruwan: True..True..then u better use high level language machan.

Then what is high level language?
Nuwan: Ruwan machan, what is a high level programming language...
Ruwan: It’s like this. Hmm..high level programming language is a language which human can easily understand and work with. It can be also converted in to machine language which computer understands.
Nuwan: Ahaaaaaa… I think I got it now. So what are examples for high level languages?
Ruwan: JAVA, PASCAL, C, C++ those are all high level languages.
Nuwan: Ruwaaaa..can u teach me some java..?
Ruwan: Hey..u have adsl line..go check out the lessons in ELAKIRI.COM
