The 3rd overseas branch of Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery was declared open on 27th April 2008. Ven Kiribathgoda Gnanananda Thero together with two theros of Mahamevnawa, participated in the opening ceremony.
To commemorate this, Ven Gnanananda Thero will conduct a special Dhamma programme on the 29th (Tuesday) April 2008 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the following location -
