Two important Sinhala and English Amawessa Buddhist publications will be launched at the Dharmavijaya Foundation, Colombo 7 on July 12.
The two books are 'Aprakata Bauddha Lokaya' (Little-Known Buddhist World) by the Venerable Panditha Missaka Kamalasiri Thero , International Affairs Secretary, Jaathika Sangha Sammelanaya and 'The Buddha and His Teaching in Brief' by JSS Secretary Venerable Dutuwewe Lankananda Thero.
Venerable Professor Dewalegama Medhananda Thero of the Buddhist Studies Faculty, Kelaniya University will deliver the keynote address.
Venerable Dr. Induragaray Dhammrathana Thero, Head of the Sanskrit Studies Faculty, Kelaniya University will preside at the book launch.
