The MOST Devoloped Town in the country -

This is the best Town in the world.... where the drainage system is so good!
 What a developed Town isn't it? Moratuwa! ROX!! WET MY SOCKS!! The drainage system of Moratuwa is not enough. The fault is the municipal council and its big shots. The Tyronne Fernando stadium and the Queen Of Angels' Church and adjoining convent ground collects a lot of water. The water is supposed to be diverted to the canal down Jubilee Road but the problem is this diverting done through a 2 feet by 2 feet small drain that goes under the main road. It is seriously not enough to transport this volume of water. The big shots at the Moratuwa MMC does not accept this fact. They are too busy traveling in waterproof Montero's...
