MIA's PAPER PLANES is made from the samples of the track "Straight to hell"

    MIA's PAPER PLANES
is made from the samples of a track named "Straight to hell" by the Band "The Clash"...and... the original track straight to hell is NOT a property of Universal music group (UMG)... It is owned by CBS ...

Then why did UMG Flag Delons Diss Track from the Youtube which they(UMG) Claims that they have the ownership to the Sound track also used by MIA... Do they have a right to do that???

Band - The Clash - Wikipedia
Album - Combat Rock - Wikipedia
Song - Straight to hell- Wikipedia

pls correct me if I'm wrong...
    :)
