bro... there are two versions for this story...

1. Your version
2. Office version

1. your version is fair and square in asking for proper leave to heal your self and goto work. At the end of the day, nothing else matters but your personal health and well being. Also., your plight is covered by general "Shop & Office" act and your office is required by law to give you enough time off as per the doctors prescribed time limit.

2. For the office, you might be a valuable employee or a replaceable employee. So., the company is looking at this whole issue on their P&L angle where the their trying to decide to keep you and pay your salaries or worth to fire you and employee someone else.

I suggest you speak directly to the head of the company and sort this issue out. Even though they are required to give you leave with pay or without pay...., you will eventually have to go back and work there.

Remember as a Thumb rule that HR managers are PRICKS and fucking assholes.... especially if its a woman., likely she's a complete utter bitch and must be either sucking bosses dick or scared like a motherfucker and will screw the employees to save her job..

so talk to the boss directly and talk it over and sort it out.

Bro... just remember that no one single person can screw a company alone unless you have fuckton of their secrets of business... especially if you have anything to do with their Income tax evasions or enough valuable info for competitors to use.

Dont quit just yet bro... go back in and get the info you want and specially make sure you take 10-20 nos of proper letter heads with you and sample of signatures ... you know.. just saying
