    I listened to this once. I think it was about 'sakkaya ditti'. It was a total mess with some weird explanations.

    Instead Ven. Walasmulle Abhaya thero explains things that are so easy to understand. If you follow it up for about two to three weeks you'll definitely experience a change in your thought process without even dropping a sweat.
